Judge's cards tightened

10–8 rounds are now reserved for truly overwhelming rounds: a fighter needs a huge edge, at least 90% of the effective offense, and decisive damage or submission danger. Clean strikes and ground control also carry less weight, while knockdowns stand out more on the cards.
