Hold a camp's deed and there's a new door in the back. The GM office is where you actually run the place.

🏗 **BUILD** — thirteen rooms across the training floor, the recovery wing and the building itself, each with levels. Every dollar you sink in counts toward your gym level, and that lifts your roster cap and how many coaches you can carry.

🧢 **COACHES** — sign staff off a rotating scout board. Each one boosts a session type for every member on the wall. Salaries are weekly rates billed daily from the pool, and a coach who goes two mornings unpaid walks out. Family never does.

💰 **LEDGER** — dues are a percentage of fight-night purses now, set per tier and capped at 15%. Amateurs train free unless you say otherwise, and your rates hang on the door where recruits see them before they join.

📍 **LOCATION** — lease a better address for a bigger prestige multiplier, from the Southside Garage up to a loft on the Vegas strip.

Gym prestige is the scoreboard: member wins earn it, belts add more, dead weeks bleed it, and it buys nothing at all. Rent, payroll and upkeep all bill daily from the camp pool — so a gym that overspends starts losing coaches before it loses the lease.
