Every fighter can now master a fourth technique

The arsenal has grown a lot this year: throws, sweeps, guard passes, kick checks. Three mastery slots stopped being enough. Every fighter now gets a fourth. Keep the three that define your style, then add the one you always wanted. Your fighter's techniques list now shows four slots. Prices and skill requirements are unchanged.
