How do I delete my account, and what happens to my fighters?

Inside the game, open MY STABLE and use DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT. A confirmation warns that the account is permanently deleted and every fighter retired; it cannot be undone. The button stays reachable even when every fighter has already retired.

If you no longer have the game, follow https://playglassjaw.com/delete-account: email [email protected] with the subject "Delete my account". Send it from the address you linked (Google, Apple, or email sign-in) so the request can be verified, or include your manager username if you only ever played as a guest. Deletion is confirmed within 30 days.

Deletion removes your sign-in identities and verified email, username and display name, push tokens, and the account's personal data. Your fighters retire, and their fight results remain in the league's public record. Purchase and wallet records are kept as long as accounting requires. Details: https://playglassjaw.com/privacy-policy.

How do I get the Glass Jaw app?

Go to https://playglassjaw.com/beta on your phone. The page links straight to the App Store listing for iPhone and the Google Play listing for Android. The address still says beta from the invite days, but the app is a public release.

The app and the browser game are the same world on the same account. If you started in the browser, link your account to an email, Google, or Apple sign-in before installing, then sign in the same way in the app and your fighters are there. A guest account's only key is the device it was created on, so link it first. The solo career sim at https://playglassjaw.com/solo is browser-only and has no app.

How do I report a bug or suggest a feature?

Use the Feedback tool inside the game. In The League, open Settings and find the TALK TO THE DEV card. In the app, SEND FEEDBACK opens a note that goes straight to the developer, any time, no rating needed. In the browser it opens the FEEDBACK chat box, where the dev's replies land. The same note also appears now and then after a fight as a check-in: rate the game, and anything short of five stars opens the feedback step. The solo sim has its own Feedback launcher with the same two-way thread.

One person builds Glass Jaw and reads every message: bugs, balance, ideas. A useful report names the fighter, what you expected, what happened, and roughly when. You can also talk it out in the Discord, or email [email protected] for account matters.

Is my fighter's information public?

Your fighter is a public figure; you are not. A fighter's profile is public record across the league: ring name and nickname, portrait, weight class, tier and rank, record, fight history and recaps, belts, camp, the legacy card once retired, and any place on the leaderboards. Other managers see it, and the Discord /fighter command reads from it. That is what makes callouts, rankings, and rivalries work.

What you control is the detailed stat sheet. GO PRIVATE on MY FIGHTER hides it from opponents, who then see only your overall rating, record, and known techniques; GO PUBLIC opens it again. Height and reach stay on the tale of the tape either way.

Your account is separate. Your email, sign-in method, purchases, gold, and feedback messages are never shown to other players. See https://playglassjaw.com/privacy-policy.

Is there a Glass Jaw Discord, and what happens there?

Yes. Tap JOIN THE DISCORD on the HQ tab in the app, in the sidebar of the browser game, or on https://playglassjaw.com/beta. Chat lives there rather than in the game.

  • #announcements is read-only: the dev posts what just shipped, usually with a dev blog link.
  • #champ-activity is the read-only champion wire. The Glass Jaw Commission posts every title callout to or from a champion, every answer (yes, no, or letting it expire), every title fight booked, every verdict, and every way a belt comes off: vacated, stripped, left behind on promotion, parked on a weight change, or retired with. Verdicts post only once a fight is done. A DUCK ALERT ๐Ÿฆ† fires when a champion lets a person's challenge pass and then books a BOT. You can react and forward, not post.
  • The /fighter and /ask commands.
  • Other managers, and the dev, who reads along.

Discord accounts are not linked to game accounts.

What can the /ask command in Discord answer?

/ask is a help desk that answers only from this FAQ. Ask it how something in Glass Jaw works, such as the corner break, permanent damage, title defenses, or what the Champion's Wall is, and it replies with the matching entry.

It knows nothing it has not been given. It cannot see your account, your fighter, your fights, or the live rankings, so it cannot tell you why a specific fight went the way it did or when your next callout expires. It never reveals hidden engine numbers, because the FAQ does not contain them. It cannot change anything in the game.

For a bug, a lost purchase, or anything about your own account, use the Feedback tool inside the game instead; that goes straight to the dev. For a fighter's public card, use /fighter.

How does the /fighter command in Discord work?

Type /fighter in the Glass Jaw Discord and start typing a name. The command autocompletes with matching fighters, active before retired, each with their record. Pick one from the list, because ring names are not unique and two fighters can share one. Spelling is forgiving: case, punctuation, and extra spaces do not matter.

The reply is a card with the fighter's name and ring nickname, their tier and weight class, and their standing: ๐Ÿ† CHAMPION, their current division rank, or RETIRED. Below that come RECORD, CAMP if they are in one, and their LAST 3 FIGHTS with result, method, round, time, and opponent, with a ๐Ÿ† on title fights.

Everything on the card is already public on the fighter's profile in the game. The command cannot see private stat sheets, gold, training, or anything about the account behind the fighter.

What is The Ref at playglassjaw.com/ref?

The Ref is Glass Jaw's record book of real mixed martial arts history at https://playglassjaw.com/ref. "Ref" means reference, as in a reference book, not a referee. It is a public site under the Glass Jaw wordmark, separate from the game, and needs no account.

Its first subject is the heavyweight belt. THE LINEAL BELT traces "the man who beat the man" from UFC 12 on February 7, 1997 to today: the belt changes hands only when the holder loses a professional MMA bout, in any promotion, title on the line or not. Draws, no contests, boxing matches, strips, and retirements do not move it. Beside it sits every reign of each promotion's heavyweight belt (UFC, Pride, Strikeforce, Bellator, PFL, ONE, EliteXC) with defenses, interim belts, and what happened to the belt when a promotion was bought or closed. Every bout is sourced.

Where are development updates posted?

Two places, carrying the same news.

  • The dev blog at https://playglassjaw.com/blog: what just shipped, straight from the dev, with screenshots. It has an RSS feed at https://playglassjaw.com/blog/feed.xml.
  • The #announcements channel in the Glass Jaw Discord: a read-only channel with a short companion post for each blog entry, plus one-line notes about smaller fixes that do not earn a full post.

A broader month-by-month summary lives at https://playglassjaw.com/updates. If something in the game feels different after an update, the blog is the first place to look.

Who makes Glass Jaw?

Glass Jaw is made by GJ Labs, the game studio of Volzer Labs, LLC, and it is the studio's first release. One person builds it, which is why the in-game feedback card says the dev reads every message and why the Discord is where you will find them.

The company page is at https://playglassjaw.com/about, with the legal pages at https://playglassjaw.com/terms-of-service and https://playglassjaw.com/privacy-policy. In Discord, the automated posters (the announcements webhook and the Glass Jaw Commission on the champion wire) are labeled as bots; neither claims to be a person.
